Shipping

Itsy Bitty provides free standard shipping within the U.S. for orders equal to and greater than $35 (before tax). Express delivery is available at an additional charge. We can ship to virtually any address in the world but please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. As a gentle reminder, don't forget to carefully review your shipping information when placing your order. We want to make sure we get our Itsy Bitty products to your correct destination! It's worth noting that Itsy Bitty is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or addresses. 

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Order processing is usually 1 to 3 business days (this does not include the actual delivery time). On occasion - such as during the holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. 

Itsy Bitty partners with USPS and each order will have a tracking number. Please note that Itsy Bitty does not take any responsibility for packages that might be delayed, misdirected, or lost. We understand how frustrating it is when packages are misplaced and we will make every attempt to ensure packages are delivered. However, Itsy Bitty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and Itsy Bitty will not replace lost or stolen items.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all shipping methods may take an additional 3-5 business days to process. 

Returns Policy

For health and sanitary reasons, opened teethers are not returnable. Customized items are not returnable. 

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our customer care team with your order number and Itsy Bitty will provide a return form. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that allows package tracking. Itsy Bitty is not responsible for items lost in transit. 

Itsy Bitty is proud to stand behind our products 100%. If you received a defective product, please immediately contact our customer care team with your order number and Itsy Bitty will provide a return form. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you may receive a refund quicker. Please note, the referenced time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
